Barbara Katnich, owner of Fresh Approach, is an Accredited Staging Professional and a Certified Interior Redesigner with a background in high-end renovating, remodeling, decorating and Staging homes for sale. Barbara brings an abundance of creativity, energy and passion to the Home Staging process, having helped home sellers in both the Vancouver Lower Mainland and Kelowna area over the past seven years.

Barbara has also been trained by Matthew Finlason, the award winning host of HGTV's television series "The Stagers" where she learned the most advanced Staging techniques.  These techniques incorporate Lifestyle Merchandising which give home buyers the lifestyle experience they are dreaming of, upon instantly entering a property for sale.  With inovative demographic profiling combined with an infusion of advanced design and creativity, the Fresh Approach experience is second to none!
