Our Services fall into three main categories for Occupied and Vacant Home Staging:

Proposal for Staging Services

Our visit to your home will allow us to take digital photos and get a feel for what is required. An estimate for Staging services will then be prepared and provided in a written proposal within 24 hours. This initial visit will allow us to determine what needs to be moved, removed or added to your home for Staging. There is no charge for this visit or preparation of the proposal.

Staging Consultation

With a consultation, we will come to your home, take digital photos and discuss the requirements of what needs to take place in order to prepare your home for sale. This visit will take around an hour of your time as we do the walk through your home and record what you will need to do. Upon completion of our walk through, we will discuss your options of having us provide you with a detailed written report that you can execute yourself or you may choose to do some of the preliminary work and have us come back to complete the Staging process.

Hands-On Staging

When necessary, we can provide hands-on Staging services using your existing furnishings and/or we can bring in accessories and furniture from our inventory. We provide this service to sellers who are unable to implement the suggested recommendations due to short time frame or physical nature of the requirments to Stage the house. We can do as much or as little as you need, always working within your budget. Some houses require only a few rooms to be 'tweaked' and others need our services for the entire house. Depending on budget, time frame and physical abilities of the sellers, we will work with you to get your home ready for market. The preliminary suggestions usually include de-cluttering and a pre-packing of items that will not be used for Staging. Once the 'to do' list has been completed by the home owner, the ASP team can return to your home to Stage, accessorize and fulfill the placement of all furnishings. Should rental items be required they will be brought in at this time.
