Our visit to your home provides us with a feel for what is required, and allows us to determine what needs to be moved, removed or added to your home. An estimate for Staging services is provided in a written proposal within 24 hours.

Affordable Staging Consultations

With a consultation, we will come to your home, take photos and discuss what’s required to prepare your home for sale. This visit will take around an hour as we walk through your home and create a detailed to-do-list. Upon completion the walk through, we will discuss your options, which will include a detailed report for the do-it-yourselfer or further options for Hands-On-Staging.

Hands-On Staging for the greatest impact

Our hands-on Staging services can be customized to balance your budget and the needs of the home. We can use your existing furnishings or we can bring in accessories and furniture from our exclusive inventory. We can do as much or as little as you need, always working within your budget. Some houses require only a few rooms to be 'tweaked' and others need our services for the entire house. Depending on budget, time frame and physical abilities of the sellers, we will work with you to get your home ready for market. The preliminary suggestions usually include de-cluttering and a pre-packing of items that will not be used for Staging. Once the 'to do' list has been completed by the homeowner, our team can return to your home to accessorize and fulfill the placement of all furnishings
